Fred is on our minds AGAIN.
In true, wholesome Fred style, he threw a rooftop party for his nearest and dearest in London. Sharing highlights from the shindig on Instagram, he casually reminded us of the fact he's been working on a new record.
Let’s set the scene: The sun is setting over the rooftops of London on a primo evening. Mates are smiling ear to ear, downing a few cold ones. Heads are bobbing to the sounds of Fred with his CDJ and keyboard set up. Pure bliss.
“In the last couple years I've had less and less time to spend wit my absolute main people, and I've also been making a new recordddd," he wrote on Insta.
"So I wanted to get all these people together and have an evening in London and play them some of the tunes and just have a nice time really.”
Fred got us all talking when he teased us with a cheeky image on his socials a few weeks ago with the caption “I think I jus finished an album” - and now we have it confirmed.
The album features already well known tunes like 'places to be' ft Anderson .Paak and CHIKA, 'ten' with Jozzy, 'adore u' ft Obongjayar and Fred's edit of 'People' from Libianca.
“Some of the songs on this are on the record that ive jus finished/am finishing (😉)," he captioned the clips from the rooftop event.
We love a Sunday bevvy and bants with mates set to a vibey playlist, and Fred's fans in the comments section agree.
"What do I have to do to be invited just once?" one wrote.
"Nah man how do you switch with one CDJ, he is not real," wrote another.
We're already frothing for this album to hurry up and drop.
