Little legend DJ Archie makes history as youngest act EVER to perform at Tomorrowland festival

They say start em young - this lad is a WEAPON!

At 9 years old I was knee-deep in mud pies and glued to watching Spongebob on telly. Imagine taking the stage of one of the world most renowned festies - Tomorrowland.

One young lad known as DJ Archie did just that. From the UK, this little legend became the youngest act EVER to play at Tomorrowland, snatching the title from DJ Michelle who was just 10 at the time of her set back in 2022.

Playing an opening set before the likes of Dimension on the Atmosphere stage, DJ Archie blew the crowd away with his old school drum & bass mix.

The 9-year-old even sat down with DJ Mag and said he was “shocked” to find out he’d be spinning decks at the festival before hitting double digits.

“When I DJed there, when I controlled the crowd, they were all dancing and I played some classics.”

He played bangers like, M-Beat and General Levy’s ‘Incredible’ and the Shy FX remix of ‘Chopper’ by The Terrorist (AKA Ray Keith).

Archie also told the magazine how he first got into mixing.

“My dad was a DJ, and one day I turned on his equipment when he was out of the room and I was mixing and it was all in time”. He must have one proud old man.

This isn’t DJ Archies first huuuge musical achievement - As a 4 year old, the toddler was titled as the worlds youngest DJ by THE Guinness World Records.

He then went on to be the youngest known performer at last year’s Glastonbury festival and was named a finalist in the Breakthrough DJ category at this year's DNB Awards.

Looks like there IS hope for the next generation of junglists after all!
